EVO-A-VUTAC Marine is a wideband VHF/UHF antenna, covering the band from 108 MHz to 430 MHz with VSWR less than 3.5:1 over all band. Its structure is an evolution of the EVO-A-UTAC Shadow with self-supporting whips. It is specifically designed to be particularly robust for harsh conditions usage: the construction with elastic radials is high resistance to mechanical stress thanks to its “multiple” radiant structure that minimizes the impact of accidental damage. It achieves very high performance without any matching circuit, thanks to the vertical broadband multi-whip structure. The resulting high radiation efficiency combined with its extremely small size for its category makes it the ideal radiant system for VHF/UHF mobile communications, for all legacy carriers in use. The antenna is equipped with an independent ground plane made of sturdy and flexible material, therefore the antenna impedance is independent of the installation solution adopted.
